CAREER NAVIGATORS SUB-PROCESSORS

Career Navigators is operated by Zevancer Ltd. We use the following service providers to process personal information on our behalf. A provider is used only where its services are needed.
LOVABLE LABS INCORPORATED
Purpose: Application infrastructure, deployment, authentication support, AI gateway and service connections.
Data processed: Account identifiers, prompts, relevant Career Memory information, CV and application content, selected Career Communities content, generated outputs and technical logs.
Location: United States, Sweden and other service locations.
Transfer safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
SUPABASE PTE. LTD
Purpose: Database hosting, authentication, private file storage and real-time messaging.
Data processed: Account and profile information, Career Memory, uploaded documents, Community content and relationships, messages, preferences, operational logs and subscription status.
Location: The selected hosting region and other locations used for support and service operations.
Transfer safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
CLOUDFLARE, INC.
Purpose: Application hosting and delivery, network security, traffic management and protection against malicious or automated activity.
Data processed: IP addresses, device and request information, security events and information transmitted through the service.
Location: Cloudflare’s global network, including the United States.
Transfer safeguards: Applicable adequacy arrangements, the Data Privacy Framework and contractual transfer safeguards.
GOOGLE LLC AND RELEVANT GOOGLE AFFILIATES
Purpose: Hosting the Career Navigators support mailbox and processing related support communications.
Data processed: Names, email addresses, support requests, complaints, correspondence and attachments sent to Career Navigators.
Location: European Economic Area, United States and other Google service locations.
Transfer safeguards: Google’s applicable data-processing terms and international transfer safeguards.
STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE, LIMITED AND RELEVANT STRIPE AFFILIATES
Purpose: Checkout, subscriptions, billing, payment processing and fraud prevention.
Data processed: Name, email address, customer and subscription identifiers, billing address, payment information, transaction information, IP address and fraud-prevention signals.
Location: Ireland, United Kingdom, United States and other payment-processing locations.
Transfer safeguards: Applicable adequacy arrangements, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK transfer safeguards.
DOWNSTREAM SERVICE PROVIDERS
Some of our service providers use their own approved sub-processors. Material providers that may process Career Navigators information include:
ANTHROPIC, PBC
Engaged through: Lovable.
Purpose: AI model processing.
Data processed: Prompts, relevant information supplied for the requested feature and generated responses.
Location: United States.
Anthropic is used only where the AI model or routing selected for the relevant Career Navigators feature uses Anthropic.
AMAZON WEB SERVICES, INC.
Engaged through: Lovable, Supabase or another listed provider.
Purpose: Underlying cloud infrastructure and supporting platform services.
Data processed: Information processed through the relevant hosted service.
Location: The infrastructure regions selected or used by the relevant provider.
OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Opportunity providers, employer websites, LinkedIn, Google or Apple social sign-in and external application websites may receive information when a user requests or interacts with their services. These organisations do not necessarily act as Career Navigators sub-processors and may process information under their own privacy notices.
Career Navigators does not currently use a third-party advertising provider, third-party browser analytics provider or separate transactional-email provider.

We may update this list when we add, replace or remove a service provider. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
